Meet Arlin, a Brazilian artist, based in New York and São Paulo.

Animals are Arlin’s principal theme, creating a species of synthetic nature fragmented by the influence of the modern technological world.

In addition to canvasses, his elaborate paintings are executed in large scale around the world, bringing more color to city walls.

Arlin has worked with many brands including Nike, Levis, Facebook, Twitter, BMW, JanSport, Havaianas and more.

Ouizi
Detroit, Michigan 🇺🇸

Back by popular demand this year, Ouizi!

Louise “Ouizi” Jones (formerly Chen) was born and raised in Los Angeles to Shanghainese parents. Her enormous site-specific floral murals can be seen in public spaces throughout the United States, from museums to public parks.

Her background in drawing and printmaking uniquely informs her mural techniques and her style is deeply influenced by her Chinese background. Her obsession with flowers continues to grow, stemming from an early introduction to Georgia O’Keeffe and fond memories of picking figs with her grandmother.

Louise has worked with many brands and organizations including Shinola, Lululemon, Smithsonian, Movement Detroit, Grand Rapids Ballet and more. She currently lives and works in Detroit.

Ben Johnston

With an undying desire to push what is possible with typography & lettering, Ben Johnston is a multi-disciplinary artist & designer that believes in a hand-crafted approach to all his design endeavors.

Born in Canada and raised in South Africa, Ben brings a diverse sense of influence to his work — finding inspiration from the small cultural nuances to societal differences that he encounters throughout his travels.

Ben has worked with clients such as: Nike, Google, Ford, Adobe, Blue Moon, Aston Martin, Lululemon, Canon, Chevrolet, m&m's, Gap, Jeep and more. He currently lives and works in Toronto, Ontario.

Claire Foxton

Meet Claire Foxton, an Australian artist with a unique style and specialty in photorealistic portraiture.

Claire’s art explores visual design, fine art and street art through a hybrid of figurative and abstract works using traditional and improvised techniques.

Her portraits, rendered in tremendous detail, pay homage to everyday local heroes.

Claire lives in Jamberoo, a town in Australia near Sydney.

Julia YU-BABA
& KEY DETAIL

Meet Julia YU-BABA and KEY DETAIL, a husband and wife mural artist duo from Minsk, Belarus, currently living and working in New York City.

YU-BABA and KEY DETAIL both studied Architecture and earned degrees from the Belarusian National Technical University. They combine their education and street art skills to create murals all over the world.

Most of YU-BABA’s murals are female portraits revealing women's energy, confidence and beauty. Her style involves gently folkloric or magical dream-like themes with a purpose of making the world more beautiful through the power of imagination.

KEY DETAIL’s art is a balanced concentration of emotional reflections on reality.

Both YU-BABA and KEY DETAIL’s work have been exhibited in mural festivals and galleries across the world and published in books and magazines.

Justin Suarez is an artist who brings together the rural and the urban. Celebrating wildlife, he paints flora and fauna flawlessly over concrete and brick.

Justin Suarez brings the intensity of a raptor to his artistic endeavors, as well as his work as valued handler of birds of prey at Wild Wings Animal Sanctuary outside Rochester, NY, he is able to capture the majesty of the natural world through his explosive graphics and remarkable technique.

With over 18 years experience, he has painted murals across the US, and his work has been exhibited around the world.

Boston born Sarah C. Rutherford is a muralist, illustrator and activist who supports women. Trying to bring people and communities together through art, she believes that murals work their way into the fabric of people’s daily lives and therefore should be accessible to all and never be owned by someone entirely.

Resonating deeply with the phenomena of the natural world, she aims to communicate emotions and experiences, through storytelling with wild creatures and people.

Rotterdam, The Netherlands 🇳🇱

Eelco van den Berg is a painter, muralist and illustrator based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and New York. The Dutch multi-disciplinary street artist creates psychedelic landscapes with the unique color palette he developed mostly on the streets of New York.

He was mesmerized by hip hop & graffiti during elementary school, and is still greatly influence by it. His work is mostly hand-drawn & stands out with its strong use of color, motives, outlines & decorative illustrative elements in a surrealistic pop art style.

Honored to be named one of NYC's Top 10 Street Artists, Eelco is not just living the dream but painting it as well. His bold award-winning graphic works have been commissioned by numerous major brands.

Joe Geis &
Jeremiah Britton
Brooklyn, NY • Jackson, MI 🇺🇸

By day, Joe and Jeremiah partner as the co-directors of WeWork’s global art and graphics team in New York City. Their team is responsible for the design, creation, and curation of WeWork’s global art program. Outside of that, both Joe and Jeremiah each have their own practice as designers and artists working on range of personal studio projects and freelance commissions.

Joe’s personal work explores the balance and movement of line, shape, and negative space mixed with color, illustration, and environmental installation. His artwork has been shown in gallery shows and festivals across the country, while his art and illustration has been commissioned by everyone from De La Soul to one of the nation’s largest food festivals, EatsCon. Jeremiah’s work pushes the boundaries of contemporary graphic design and fine art through typography, pattern, and collage. His artwork has been exhibited in galleries and public mural festivals, while his graphic design work has been commissioned by brands such as AOL, West Elm, and Samsung.

While Joe and Jeremiah spend their days building and managing a global team, this will be the first time the two of them have collaborated on a large scale art installation in over a year. We are excited to have them join us at Bright Walls to share some of their new work together.

Zoer
Palermo, Italy 🇮🇹

Meet Zoer from Palermo, Italy.

Zoer gives a different look at spaces, objects, and substances by detaching them from their functionality.

He goes by a pseudonym to highlight his creations rather than his identity. Trained as an industrial product designer, he became interested in street art and painting in the early 2000s. He is particularly passionate about scrapped cars, boats and crumpled sheet metal with imperfect reflections. He portrays these elements in his paintings, evoking a poetic delicacy that may not otherwise be seen.

Bailey Sullivan

Bailey is a Texas-raised artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work re-interprets the ordinary through simplistic shapes, symmetry and bright colors.

Inspired by nature, her illustrations often feature florals and animals. She has worked with a variety of clients including Facebook, Amazon, Planned Parenthood, JetBlue, Lowe’s, Tesco and Refinery29.

She is now experimenting with translating her work to textiles and other tangible mediums.

George Rose
Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺

George Rose is often mistaken for a boy. She is actually a visual artist with a flair for not taking life too seriously. George hails from Melbourne, Australia and has a love for painting colorful murals that become a favorite destination for Instagram photographers.

She spends most of her time up ladders painting murals and sometimes makes it into her studio just to try something a bit more normal. She feels most at home with a paintbrush in hand but also likes the feel of a pen, spray can or drill.

Karabo Moletsane is a multi award winning illustrator, graphic designer and street artist from Vereeniging, South Africa living in Johannesburg. She is inspired by the visual aesthetic of Africa, both contemporary and traditional.

She sets out to preserve and celebrate heritage it in her work and represent the unrepresented.

Karabo has worked with brands such as: @Nike, @Aldo_shoes, @BombaySapphireUS, @UtahJazz, @CalvinKlein, @Budweiser and more.

Recently, she worked with @Netflix to create artwork based on the series, @WhenTheySeeUs.

She was also recently featured as a 30 and Under winner in @Forbes Magazine Africa.
